Consortium benchmark

Every year we conduct a large consortium benchmarking study. Take the opportunity to put the approaches in your company to the test as a consortium partner or study participant and gain valuable new insights and learn about best practices.

Consortium benchmarking is the most efficient way to integrate external knowledge into your own company. Our approach is internationally proven and ensures quick and targeted project results. As a consortium partner, you will have the opportunity to actively shape the project, to intensively discuss the project results and to participate in at least five on-site visits of the Successful Practice companies. At the beginning of the project, the main topics are defined together, for which success patterns from practice are to be identified. For each of the main topics, a visit to a Successful Practice company will take place in order to experience the concepts on site and to get to know the success factors. During the festive final conference, the winners of the benchmarking are chosen and networking among the experts is encouraged.

For our past benchmarking studies, we offer you the opportunity to benchmark yourself against the field of participants of approximately 150 manufacturing companies. In a so-called individual benchmarking, you fill out our questionnaire and receive an individual evaluation as well as an on-site visit by our trainers to jointly derive possible fields of action for your company.
